Do I need to put down a deposit to book?
Yes. We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve your spot on the installation schedule, and the remaining 50% is due once your installation is complete. No hidden fees in between
Who provides the lights?
We do. Commercial-grade lights, clips, cords, and timers are all included with your service, and we store them for you between seasons. If anything breaks or wears out, we simply fix or replace it — no cost to you and nothing for you to buy.
What do you need from me to install everything?
Just an accessible outdoor outlet. We provide all the equipment — lights, clips, cords, and even the timer — so your display turns on and off on its own every night.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Nope. As long as our crew can access the areas we’re lighting and an outdoor power source, we can handle everything without you needing to be there.
What if a strand goes out mid-season?
