Commercial Christmas Light Installation in Oklahoma City and Tulsa
Scoped in writing, scheduled around your hours, installed by insured crews, and removed on the date you give us.
GlowWrx handles commercial Christmas light installation for office buildings, retail centers, restaurants, apartment communities and HOA entrances across the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metros. One contract covers design, materials, installation, in-season service, takedown, and storage — so there is no second invoice in January and no vendor to chase in February.
Our crews come from our fence construction and landscape management companies, which means working on occupied commercial property during business hours is what they already do the other eleven months of the year.
Properties We Light
If it has a public-facing entrance and a board or an owner who cares how it looks in December, we can scope it.
Retail centers & shopping plazas
Storefront rooflines, parking-lot trees, entrance monuments, and common areas — installed before your holiday traffic starts, not during it.
Office buildings & business parks
Entrances, lobbies, exterior rooflines, and landscaped islands. Work scheduled early morning, evening, or weekend where tenants are affected.
Restaurants & hospitality
Patios, entries, awnings, and street-facing frontage. We work around service hours so you never lose a seating.
Apartment & multifamily communities
Leasing office, entry monuments, clubhouse, and common areas — the spaces prospects see on a December tour.
HOA entrances & common areas
Neighborhood monuments, guard houses, entry landscaping, and community greens, priced so a board can approve it in one meeting.
Dealerships, medical & senior living
High-visibility frontage and resident-facing entries where a dark or half-lit display gets noticed immediately.
What Property Managers Actually Need From a Lighting Vendor
Homeowners want it to look good. You want it to look good and not turn into a problem you have to manage.
A written scope before anyone shows up
You get a documented scope of work off an in-person property walk — what gets lit, where, and when it comes down. Something you can put in front of an owner or a board.
Insured crews and a certificate on file
We carry insurance and can provide a certificate for your property file before we start. Our crews work commercial job sites year-round.
Scheduling that respects your hours
Early morning, evening, or weekend installs where tenants, customers, or residents would be affected. We plan the access with you, not around you.
One number to call, all season
No subcontractor chain. Something goes dark on your busiest weekend, you call us and our crew comes out — at no additional charge.
One budget number, not three invoices
Design, materials, install, in-season service, takedown, and storage are all in the quoted price. Nothing shows up on a January statement.
The same look next year
Your display is stored labeled to your property, so next season reproduces this season instead of starting the design conversation over.
What the Contract Covers
The reason commercial clients stay with us is that the number we quote is the number they pay. Here is what is inside it.
On-site property walk & design
We walk the property with you, identify the high-visibility areas worth the budget, and design to them. No quoting off an aerial photo.
All materials supplied
Commercial-grade bulbs, clips, cord, and timers, cut and built to your property. Nothing for your maintenance staff to buy or source.
Installation around your hours
Our own crews, on a schedule agreed with you, with access and staging planned in advance so your operation keeps running.
In-season service at no charge
Weather, vandalism, a failed section — you call and we come out. Included in the contract price, not billed as a service call.
Removal on your date
You tell us the takedown deadline, we schedule to it. Your property is not the one still lit when tenants come back in February.
Off-season storage
Everything is stored at our facility labeled to your property. No pallet of lights taking up a maintenance bay all year.
Same all-inclusive structure whether it is one restaurant or twelve properties across both metros.
Commercial jobs are scoped first and book earliest. Call 580-448-9015 to get a property walk scheduled.
How a Commercial Job Runs
Property walk
We meet you on site, look at the frontage, entrances, landscape and access points, and talk through what the property actually needs versus what would just be spending budget.
Written scope and price
You get a documented scope covering what gets lit, the install window, the removal date, and one price that includes service and storage. Bring it to your owner or board as-is.
Scheduling and access
We confirm install dates, hours, gate or roof access, and any tenant notice you need to send. Certificate of insurance provided for your file before we start.
Installation
Our crews build and install to the approved scope, set the timers, and walk the finished property with you before they leave the site.
In-season service
One number for the whole season. Anything goes dark or gets damaged, we come out and fix it at no additional charge.
Removal and storage
We remove everything on the agreed date and store it labeled to your property, ready to reinstall the same way next season.
Managing More Than One Property?
If you run a portfolio across the OKC and Tulsa metros, we can handle all of it on one scope and one schedule.
One scope, one invoice
All properties quoted together and billed together, so you are not reconciling six vendors against six budgets in December.
Crews in both metros
We staff Oklahoma City and Tulsa separately. A service call at a Tulsa property is not waiting on a truck driving over from OKC.
Consistent look year to year
Each property’s display is stored labeled and reinstalled the same way, so your brand looks identical across every location every season.
Commercial Holiday Lighting Questions
Are you insured, and can you provide a certificate?
Yes. We carry insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for your property file before work begins. Our crews work commercial job sites year-round through our fence construction and landscape management companies, so the documentation your property requires is routine for us.
Can you install outside business hours?
Yes. Early morning, evening, and weekend installs are common on retail, restaurant, and office properties. We agree the window with you up front and plan staging and access so your operation is not interrupted.
Do I get a written scope of work?
Yes, off an in-person property walk. It covers what gets lit, where, the install window, the removal date, and one price including in-season service and storage — written so you can hand it to an owner or an HOA board without translating it.
What happens if something gets damaged or goes dark?
You call us and we come out and fix it at no additional charge. That is included in the contract price rather than billed as a separate service call. We staff crews in both metros so response is not dependent on one truck.
Can you handle multiple properties across both metros?
Yes. Portfolios are quoted on one scope, scheduled together, and billed together. Each property’s materials are stored labeled to that address so the look stays consistent across your locations year to year.
Who owns the lights?
We supply and own the materials as part of the service, maintain them through the season, and store them between seasons. There is no capital purchase, no depreciation on your books, and nothing stored in your maintenance bay.
How early should we book commercial work?
Earlier than residential. Commercial jobs need a property walk, a written scope, and often board or owner approval before anything is scheduled, so the sooner we start that conversation the better your install date will be.
Do you install permanent year-round lighting on commercial buildings?
Year-round architectural lighting is handled by our sister company, LumeWrx, across the same Oklahoma City and Tulsa service areas. Plenty of commercial clients use seasonal lighting first and move to permanent later.
Which areas do you cover?
The Oklahoma City and Tulsa metros and surrounding communities, with no travel fee inside our standard service area. The full list is on our service areas page.
Looking for Your Home Instead?
Rooflines, peaks, trees, columns and walkways on homes across both metros — same crews, same all-inclusive package.
